Join Community Champions Kentish Town for a Women's Only Exercise Course.

All abilities welcome. All women welcome.

Learn exercises for keeping fit at home, which match your body and ability, as well as some fun techniques from various sports such as boxing.

This will take place Friday 4th, 11th 25th Feb and 4th March
